Welcome to Team Name's Fundraising Page
Why am I participating in the CDF 2020 Virtual Turkey Trot Cross-Country Challenge?
I am affected by celiac disease every day. Celiac disease is a serious, genetic autoimmune disorder in which the ingestion of gluten leads to damage of the small intestine. It is estimated that 2.5 million Americans are living with undiagnosed celiac disease and are at risk for long-term health complications, including Type 1 diabetes and intestinal cancers.
Now, through November 14, I will be teaming up with others in the gluten-free community to achieve the common goal of accelerating diagnosis, treatment, and a cure for celiac disease. To do this, I’ll need your help.
Your donation, of any amount, will help fund programs for celiac disease research, education, and advocacy. Together, we can improve the quality of life for all those affected by celiac disease.
The Celiac Disease Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. CARES Act 2020 Tax Code Change: If you itemize, 100% of your donation, in any amount, is tax deductible. If you do not itemize, you may take up to a $300 income tax deduction.
Thank You, Donors!
